Stress Relief and Weight Management

      A happy mind can lead to good health, then leading to developing a healthy mind... It's really a cyclic process!  

      Lots of diseases are psychosomatic, mind and body connected.  If stress becomes persistent, all parts of the body’s stress apparatus (the brain, heart, lungs, vessels, and muscles) become chronically over or under-activated. This may produce physical or psychological damage over time. Studies have proven that stress can cause long term damage to health and may effect in heart disease, stroke, susceptibility to infections, immune disorders, cancer, gastrointestinal problems, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Peptic Ulcers, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, eating disorders, weight gain, weight loss, Diabetes, pain, headaches, sleep disturbances, reproductive dysfunction, memory and concentration issues, allergies, skin issues, hair loss, etc.

      You can manage your weight by doing yoga, exercising, using home remedies/kitchen stuff, and lifestyle management.  You can also manage your weight by not being stressed.
